Port: 21 (unless your IT instructs you to us a different port)
Click Quick Connect. (This will bookmark or save the settings for all this info for you so next time you can just scroll to the folder and not have to type all of that again to be able to more quickly access this FTP file.)
Files on the left of the screen are on your computer. The files on the right are on our FTP server. You can add files to our FTP server by dragging them from the left and dropping them on the right.
Compressing the files prior to uploading will ensure your artwork uploads without corruption. Uploading one compressed file (instead of all the files separately), will also reduce upload time.
There is no announcement from our site notifying us of an upload and it is the clients responsibility to notify a Customer Service Representative that files have been uploaded.
